Goodbye to my two snails, whom I have given away to a student who *hopefully* will love and nurture them like her own fat little babies.

It's only been about 8 months, but I really grew attached to them. Watching them grow from tiny little things into the big fatties they are now has been really fulfilling. :3
Goodbye also to the students in my Tuesday-Thursday classes, whom I shall miss dearly. I have lots of fond memories with them, including ones of a certain time capsule activity going awry.. *cough* XD

More goodbyes will happen on Monday, my last day of work at this school FOREVER. I'm half tempted to jig and prance, as I'm really looking forward to being free, but I'm also sad at the thought of never seeing some of my students ever again.
:(
Oh, in other news.. My director is allowing me to rent my current apartment for the month that I'll be staying in Korea, which is a relief. As it turns out, they're hiring fewer teachers this year, so there are a couple of apartments in the building to spare. House-hunting wasn't going so well, and even if I had taken one of the places I'd found out of desperation, there'd still be the issue of packing, lugging my crap halfway across the city, and unpacking again.
Hurrah for things that coincidentally fall nicely into place. ^^
