The return of DW!

Good sons, does the name "Kim Dong Wan" ring a bell?

Perhaps it's been quite a while since you last heard that name, so let me refresh your memory...

Kim Dong Wan was one of my *cough* Korean obessions in the past. Most of my university days were spent mooning over Dong Wan, and his old Kpop group, "Shinhwa". But in November 2008 he finally went off to do his military service (as it's compulsory in Korea), and I spent a long time lamenting about the entertainment industry being totally Dong Wan-less for the next two years...

Well sons, can you believe that two years have already passed?

That's right, it's already been two whole years. And Dong Wan is being discharged from the army on the 7th of next month.

Gosh.. It's hard to believe that I've actually been here for that long.. Long enough to see someone go in and come out of their mandatory military service. It's a strange feeling, because at the time you think "Good GOD, two years is such a long time. How on earth can anyone wait that long?"

But then, before you know it... the two years pass by, just like that. Where on earth does the time go? :( How does it fly so fast?? >__<



Anyway.. On the bright side.. Dong Wan's next album will be released sometime in December... (Oooh hooo, can't wait to get my grubby paws on that! *droool*)

Here's to wishing Dong Wan even more success for the future. ^__^
